Comfortable, convenient with important elements being left out of advertising.

Beds were comfy. It was clean. Spacious living areas. Comfortable seats in living spaces. Supplies provided for washing, body wash etc. adequate parking. Close to ocean

Having owner living upstairs. Could hear everything he did and said. Woke us up every morning because no sound barrier between his floor and our roof. Was not made aware of the living situation when looking. Shower was small and hard to move around. Floor soaked due to shower size. No exhaust fan. Bedroom with bunk made difficult for sleeping on top bunk due to light fitting being so low.
