Hier werden wir nie wieder Urlaub machen und raten auch anderen davon ab.
Das Haus liegt in einem hübschen Ferienpark am See. Die Infrarotsauna ist ein nettes Extra, brauchten wir bei den Temperaturen aber nicht.
Die schlechteste Erfahrung, die wir je mit einem Ferienhaus gemacht haben – und wir waren schon in vielen Ferienhäusern zu Gast. Nicht nur, dass das Haus schlecht gepflegt und gewartet war. Auch die Reaktion der Hausverwaltung Villa Present war nach gutem Start eine komplette Enttäuschung.
An sich könnte das Ferienhaus ganz schön sein. Es ist ein älteres Baujahr, aber durchaus „charmant“, wie es in der Anzeige heißt. Allerdings waren bei unserem Aufenthalt viele Dinge defekt, entsprachen nicht der Anzeige oder fehlten komplett. Das größte Ärgernis: Es gibt keinen einzigen Kleiderschrank, in einem Haus, das für fünf Leute ausgelegt ist.
Ein paar weitere Beispiele: Der Sandwich-Maker war defekt, einen Toaster gibt es nicht, ebenso wenig ein Eisfach im Kühlschrank – und das Schlimmste: Im großen Schlafzimmer war der Fenstergriff so abgebrochen, dass eine scharfe Plastikspitze übrig blieb. Wer nicht aufpasste, konnte sich dort das Handgelenk aufschlitzen.
Schon am Tag unserer Ankunft berichteten wir Villa Present von den vielen Mängeln und baten um Abhilfe. Zunächst reagierten sie freundlich und schickten Handwerker vorbei. Diese reparierten ein Scharnier und eine Tür, konnten aber sonst nicht viel tun.
Zwei Tage später schickten wir eine lange Mängelliste an Villa Present - und hörten nichts mehr von ihnen. Als wir kurz vor Ende unseres Aufenthalts deshalb um einen Preisnachlass baten, erhielten wir eine unfreundliche Mail mit der Aussage, sie hätten „während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts“ alles dafür getan, um die Mängel zu beheben. Zur Erinnerung: Unsere Mail mit der Auflistung aller Mängel wurde viele Tage lang ignoriert. Einen Preisnachlass lehnte Villa Present ab, bot uns stattdessen an, einen weiteren Tag kostenlos im Haus zu bleiben. Dies kam für uns nicht infrage.
