Absolut nichts

Great location, great included breakfast, and the room was very comfortable! They did a good job at keeping the place clean and tidy as well.
Nobody was there to check me in, even though I had let them know my arrival time earlier that day. When I tried to call them nobody would answer for about 30 minutes. I'm sure this doesn't happen often though.

The accommodation was generally decent and not bad overall. For breakfast you get to choose, the pancakes have been good.
The room door was difficult to open and often only worked on the third attempt. There was also construction noise from the neighboring building starting at around 7:00 am, so sleeping in was not possible.
