一間讓人失望透頂且在我未入住情況下拒絕退款的旅館

體驗感極差：因為臨時到達這個城市，所以在沒有查看評價的前提下就預定了這家住宿！根據導航前往民宿地點，在一個小巷裡面，根本沒有明顯的招牌，只有一個手寫且不明確的小招牌！到達以後，根本沒有前台，叫了半天都沒有人搭理，後來在路人的幫助下，敲開了一個破舊的小屋木門，裡面出來一個六七十歲老人，完全無法溝通！他帶我看了一下房間，衛生條件極差，非常悶熱，是在一個快倒塌的老木屋二樓！我拒絕了入住，且沒有進入房間，就在Booking網頁申請退款，但是Booking最大的BUG就是沒有人工客服直接溝通，都是用留言的方式！我在拒絕入住以後，即刻又預定了附近的當日的另外一間酒店！隔了一兩個小時，Booking平台回復我，商家拒絕退款！這家住宿與描述非常不符，且在我未入住的情況下依然拒絕退款！這裡清各位認真看完這個真實評價，謹慎選擇這家旅館！！！

在Booking預定頁面上清楚有寫包含早餐，我到了旅館，我詢問了那個不確定是否屬於工作人員的六七十歲老人，他說沒有早餐，最多就提供一杯速溶咖啡！這嚴重不符合旅館預定頁面的描述！！且在我到達旅館查看環境並拒絕入住後，商家再三拒絕退款申請！商家欺瞞實情，沒有提供相對應服務，且拒絕退款！這是一種什麼行為？？？我環球旅行六十多個國家，也在Booking平台預定過很多次酒店，這是讓我最失望透頂的一次體驗！！！再三提請各位想要預定這間旅館的朋友，搽亮雙眼，不要被這種欺瞞行為的商家蒙蔽！！！我付了錢，但未入住，商家拒絕退款！環境髒亂差，滿是蚊蟲，無工作人員服務！！！！！

从来没有住过这么差的民宿，简直住在贫窟里

行程帶早餐，经过多次解释给了一杯咖啡。旅馆破旧不堪，只有一台旧电扇。

这个民宿无法改进，完全是破房子，一个六七岁老头在打理。白天人也找不到。难怪周六连我二位客人。酒店名称英文中夹泰文无法收搜。难以定位。
