Lage. Liebevoll hergerichtet. Umgebung mit Renaturierungsprojekt, Seen und riesiger Vogelvielfalt. Unbedingt die im Haus liegende Mappe am ersten Tag gänzlich durchgehen (z. B. Karte zur unmittelbaren Umgebung mit Spazierwegen über die Privatgrundstücke sehr hilfreich aber nicht ganz aktuell)
Der Anfahrtsweg mit Schlaglöchern gespickt nur in halbem Schritttempo befahrbar und trotzdem jedes Mal den Autounterboden angeschabt.
