乾淨. 飯店內環境整齊清潔. 用餐區也很好.
房間很小. 早餐吐司應該再用好一點品質的, 目前太乾了.

Suuuuper good stay! Location is excellent for visiting Kamikochi, the bus stop is a few minute's walk away. The staff was very kind. Room is very clean and comfortable, and the futons were very comfortable. Onsen was an absolute treat after a day of hiking. The dinner was MASSIVE, packed with all kinds of Japanese delicacies. I recommend coming with an empty stomach!

We were so thankful to have chosen this hotel as our last stop after our 5-day hike in Kamikochi, and before our travel back to Tokyo. Dinner was AMAZING, breakfast was also so filling too (and what a great idea to have it ready in the refrigerated locker by 4 AM, would've been great for pre-hike!). The onsen was also such a treat. Lucky to have gotten a room on the second floor, which was the same floor as the onsen :) Thank you for hosting us!
It was really a non-issue for us, but if you're coming by bus to be prepared to walk up a hill! Stop at K-21 Sawando Ashiyu Park (Foot Hot Spring) to save you that 5 minutes of walking and dragging your luggage.

夕食は上質な牛肉を使ったすき焼きで、柔らかい肉が美味しかった。また、信州サーモンの刺身も珍しくて美味しかった。朝食はサラダとおにぎり２個を海苔で巻いて食べる形式だったが、美味しく頂いた。
チェックインを早めにしたくて電話を入れたが、２回電話したが出てもらえなかった。
