The location is convenient, with a nice view from the window. The apartment is well-equipped with useful amenities such as a hairdryer, iron, air conditioning, and more. The interior design is pleasant and thoughtfully arranged.
The entrance to the building is currently under major renovation, with a lot of dust and dirt from construction work (photos attached). Unfortunately, some dust was also present inside the apartment, especially on the floor and shelves. Starting from 9 a.m., workers begin heavy drilling and hammering in the neighboring apartment, making it impossible to sleep in the morning. Additionally, water drainage in the shower is slow.
