My mother and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Santa Veneranda!
From the moment we arrived, Amelia made us feel incredibly welcome. She is such a kind, warm and genuinely lovely person who clearly puts her heart into making her guests feel at home. She took wonderful care of everything, kept everything spotless, and spoiled us with a delicious, luxurious breakfast. Her hospitality really made our stay extra special.
We stayed in the Deluxe Queen Suite, and everything was simply beautiful. From the quality of the construction and furnishings to the smallest details, you can tell that a lot of thought and care has gone into creating this place. Everything felt luxurious, comfortable and beautifully maintained. The jacuzzi was definitely a highlight too!
The atmosphere was wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. After spending our days exploring Crete, coming back to Santa Veneranda truly felt like coming home.
We made some beautiful memories during our stay, and Amelia played a big part in making our holiday so special.
Amelia, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness and wonderful hospitality. You have such a warm and genuine personality, and you made both of us feel truly welcome. We'll remember you and your kindness with a smile. ❤️
We couldn't recommend Santa Veneranda more highly!

The rooms are as lovely and well appointed. It is located on a tiny village but five miles away from the “bigger village” that has excellent local tavernas. The breakfast was wonderful and Amelia was just a joy. I would highly recommend this off the beaten track stay.
All was lovely
