This is our 2nd time. Stay was nice. Location. beds were so comfortable. The only thing was, Front desk lady jeannie was not very welcoming and informative. And I did notice that the breakfast service could use a bit more attention to dress code. One of the breakfast lady katie handling the breakfast buffet was wearing shorts. For a hygiene and service focused environment, this felt a bit casual and unprofessional. Other than that she was very friendly and helpful. The service itself was excellent and the area was clean and breakfast was good. Will be back again.

Location is the best!
Their bed was amazingly comfortable, even tried to find out what mattress they use.
Omg the helicopter like every 20 minutes was a bit disturbing. Luckily we went site seeing during those times but if we would have had a stay in day that would have been very annoying

The bed was comfortable and it was quiet.The location was good.
We booked a queen suite; it was a super small room with a queen bed that we received. The curtains were partially falling off the wall as well as having stains and holes in them. There is a lack of plugs. The underside of the countertop where the fridge and microwave were was completely falling apart. It seemed as though it had been quite some time since someone came in to clean the room before we arrived because there was a spider with a web that set up home on the bathroom sink counter attaching itself to the coffee maker. There was also one that set up residence in the bathroom behind the door in the corner. One of the pictures looked like it was going to fall off the wall. There was not a comfortable chair in the room - it was an old kitchen chair. The hot and cold water taps are backward. The hot water in the shower stopped after about 3 minutes.
