Location was great and beds were very clean. Pool was fun.

The space was beautiful and the location was prime. We enjoyed our rooms they were the perfect amount of accommodations for our family and we had lots of conveniences. The staff was very polite upon check in and check out. The pool and playground looked amazing, but we were so busy we did not get the opportunity to use either. We do plan to go back so we will make better plans for time management to get to utilize the entire resort.
We had some ants in our kitchen area, but they were managed. We wanted to have access to more linens (towels and washcloths) and we did not know how to access more. We attempted to use the washer and dryer but the dryer did not work so that would have taken care of the issue, but it was not available. We did let the front staff know and they immediately made a maintenance request for the dryer and the ants. The staff explained they were changing ownership and there were going to be some changes in the way linens were managed, but she said that we could contact them anytime.

Loved the pools!
The staff is very UNfriendly and even less helpful. No one told me how or where to find our unit. I had to search for it. Getting luggage in is even harder. Yes there’s carts but with stairs and no ramps it’s hard to get loaded carts to the elevator. They refuse to allow you to extend your stay as needed and refuse to help keep you in the same unit like they are so booked up- they aren’t! My unit was stinking when we checked in because dirty water was standing in the dishwasher. It was horrid. I texted but no one came or responded so I had to figure it out on my own. Our bathtub had someone else’s hair left all over it plus Kleenexes. Floors were dirty. It’s not a 5 star resort like they want to act like. It’s decent but not the greatest.
