Forgot there was a breakfast, so we didn't try to find it. I oved the location--very quiet and easy to find. The price was a very big plus for us.
The bathroom floor didn't look real clean. While the mattresses weren't the best, they were definitely adequate. The room was comf9ortable and we all slept very well.
