We loved the apartment. It was very comfortable and more spacious than we expected. Kitchen was great, WIFI faultless, location ideal. We got lucky with parking as we arrived on a Sunday. The apartment was so silent you could hear a pin drop and we slept very well that night.
We telephoned 30 minutes before arrival as requested but then had to wait another 25 minutes (along with about 6 other tourists) before the contact person showed up with the keys. Hence we were not in the best of moods, but when he came he was perfectly charming and friendly.

Schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung fußläufig zum Zentrum von Monschau. Sehr netter Empfang durch Herrn Lersch. Wir konnten auf einem festen Parkplatz auf dem Gelände parken (Wochenende), das war sehr angenehm. Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles, was es braucht, Fenster gingen nach hinten raus ins Grüne, alles schön ruhig.
Das einzige, was uns vielleicht gefehlt hat, war eine Garderobe oder 2-3 Haken an der Wand, wo man mal was aufhängen kann (das war's aber auch schon) :-)
