We had a wonderful stay here, and it was truly a pleasure for both my mum and me. From the very beginning, we felt incredibly well looked after by our hosts. They welcomed us personally at the apartment, showed us around, and patiently explained how everything worked and where we could find everything we needed.
The apartment itself is large, spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. It also has a wonderful character and atmosphere that made our stay feel even more special. The beds were comfortable, and the bed linen was fresh and beautifully scented. There were also fans in the apartment, which were especially helpful for keeping us cool at night.
Our hosts were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They gave us great recommendations about what to see and do in Livorno and even prepared a very useful folder with information about the city and the surrounding area.
They were also incredibly kind and helpful when it came to transportation, offering to give us a lift or pick us up from different places in Livorno, even late at night. We truly appreciated their generosity and thoughtfulness.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and in our opinion, there is simply no better option for staying in Livorno. We would happily come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

Maga a lakás megfelelő és tiszta volt.
Azt tudtuk, hogy nincs légkondicionáló a lakásban, de csak egy éjszakára szálltunk meg, gondoltuk, hogy kibírható lesz. Sajnos 39 fokos melegben érkeztünk, a lakásban is hőség volt a ventilátorok ellenére. Javasoljuk a tulajnak a jövőbeli kiadhatóság érdekében, hogy a klímát szereltesse fel, mert így az apartman értékelésénél jóval alacsonyabb pontot fog kapni, mint amit az érdemelne.
A másik dolog, ami nem volt korrekt, hogy a tulajdonos érkezésünk után közölte, elromlott a kazán és nincs meleg víz. Ez azért felháborító,mert már több értékelésnél is olvastuk, hogy nem volt meleg víz a lakásban, ennek ellenére a tulajdonos azóta sem gondoskodott a kazán cseréjéről. Szimpla hazugság volt a részéről, hogy érkezésünk előtt egy órával vette észre, hogy elromlott a kazán. A szállás díjából pedig azért nem tud kompenzálni, mert a Bookingon keresztül foglaltunk.
Sajnáljuk, mert ha a tulajdonos egy kicsit ráfordítana a lakás komfortosabbá tételére, és az alapvető melegvíz ellátást is biztosítaná, sokkal több, akár visszatérő vendége is lehetne.
