Świetna lokalizacja (bardzo blisko wybrzeża i centralnego placu i zamku w Aci Castello). Wygodne pokoje i klimatyzacja (bardzo przydatna na Sycylii). Mieszkanie jest w pełni wyposażone - w tym w bardzo przydatną podczas wyjazdu pralkę (nie ma konieczności zabierać na wyjazd całej szafy ubrań). Przystanek autobusowy jest bardzo blisko, więc wyjazd do Katanii jest wyjątkowo niekłopotliwy. Nie ma potrzeby wypożyczania na lotnisku samochodu - transport zbiorowy jest dobrze zorganizowany a specyfika ruchu drogowego jest typowo "włoska". Oczywiście lokal dysponuje garażem i miejscem parkingowym pod budynkiem więc jak ktoś bardzo pragnie brać udział w ruchu drogowym na Sycylii to śmiało. Właściciel mieszkania jest mega uczynny i kontaktowy - otrzymaliśmy wszelką możliwą pomoc i instrukcje jak wejść i co gdzie jest. Wszystko według najlepszego standardu obsługi.
Łazienka mogłaby być nieco większa, ale to detal. Oczywiście jak to w centrum starego miasta kanalizacja ma już najlepsze lata za sobą i w nieużywanej łazience jest to odczuwalne ale w żaden sposób nie wpływa to na ocenę mieszkania - taka specyfika starego miasta.
