La Terrazza sul Mare Modern Apartment welcomes you with a BREATHTAKING PANORAMA of the sea and the Castle.
Modern apartment, completely renovated and equipped with every comfort.
The 110 m² property consists of a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located in the heart of AciCastello, it offers you the ideal position to explore this fascinating seaside village and beyond.
You will love the terrace for its incredible location with one of the most beautiful views of the Ionian Sea with the Castle and the Faraglioni in the background.
Each room is air conditioned. Free Wifi.
You can make use of towels and bed linen.
Among the nearby locations we note the Lachea Island, Acitrezza, Catania, Taormina, Syracuse and Etna.
Smoking is permitted only on the terrace.
The house is located in the center, within walking distance you can find: supermarket, pharmacy, bar, bakery, restaurant/pizzeria and bus stop.
Within a radius of 1 km there are several beach establishments, including Lido Acquarius.
Main distances:
- Catania: 25 minutes by car (10 km);
- Etna Park: 55 minutes by car (35 km);
- Taormina: 55 minutes by car (55 km);
- Syracuse: 1 hour and 15 minutes by car (73 km);
- Ragusa: 1 hour and 45 minutes by car (112 km).
- Giancarlo Barone Acicastello restaurant: 1 minute on foot (40 metres);
- Crai (supermarket): 2 minutes on foot (170 meters);

- From Catana Fontanarossa airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the ALIBUS bus service to Catania Central Station, where you can take bus no. 534 to the "Colombo Manganelli" stop, a 1-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, the apartment is 15 km from the airport, about 30 minutes by car.

We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs if possible in case there are no other outgoing/incoming guests. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.

I rarely ever write a review since I'm usually working on my next trip. However, my 10 night stay here was so spectacular that I want to thank especailly thank Attilio, one of the absolute best hosts I have ever had the pleasure of staying with. He maintans his property with love and wants everyone to enjoy his beloved Sicily as much as he does. The view from the expansive balcony is stunning and someting that the four of us --- I was with my sister and our spouses --- loved every single day. The Norman Castle is a destination here in Aci Castello and you'll get a closeup look at it every time you walk out on your balcony. The apartment was beautifully appointed with a great kitchen, two large bedrooms with stunning sea views and two large modern bathrooms. Plus, Attilio has a private parking spot just below the first level in a private garage. And there are numerous restaurants within walking distance. All four of us loved this place and perfect location from which we easily travelled all over Sicily on day trips. You won't regret staying here with Attilio --- perhaps the kndest and most generous host I've met in my numerous travels. I honestly hope to come back sometime and stay in this lovely apartment again!

Location is fantastic with a seafront terrace. Restaurants and bars nearby. Short drive to Catania and Taormina.The appartment is very well furnished, recently completely renovated, up to date decor, very comfortable.
Host is very accomodating and left us a few things in fridge to start off our stay. All in all, perfect accomodation and would return if we come back to Sicily. L. from Montreal, Canada
