We had the key codes sent through in the morning of our stay it was easy to get in with the codes

Great location, dedicated parking, well equipped, good communication and comfortable. Decent value for money overall.
The doors are on self closers and slam constantly which is annoying especially at night. (Needs adjusting)
A little rundown in places, damaged flooring, carpet coming up, peeling paint/wallpaper but nothing that affected use.
Back street to car park had locked gates which someone luckily opened for us. (Does say gates should be left open until later at night so think we got unlucky)

Location was good.
Has parking. Although small spaces.
Host replied quickly if we had issues.
Clean and tidy but could do with a bit of TLC. Lots of marked walls and flooring was in a poor state.
Had everything you need in the kitchen.
Our small children were sleeping and there was a Dog in one of the other apartments whining and scratching to get out had to message host who then sorted the problem.
Doors are heavy and closers on them are set really fast. Absolutely lethal if not careful and we travelled with 3 small children so we were watching them closely.
Heating was electric and individual to each room. All on 2 hour timers so was a bit annoying having to go around them all a few times.
