Ho soggiornato in questo studio e non posso che parlarne benissimo! L'appartamento è accogliente, pulitissimo e arredato con gusto, esattamente come nelle foto. La zona è tranquilla con tutto a pochi passi.
Il letto è comodo, la cucina ben attrezzata e il Wi-Fi funziona perfettamente. Il proprietario è stato gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda.
Consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio a chi cerca comfort, praticità e un tocco di stile. Ci tornerei volentieri!

L’appartamento è nuovissimo e in pieno centro, in una stradina secondaria all’intero di Ballaró.
Matteo, il proprietario, lo ha ristrutturato e arredato con gusto, nei minimi dettagli.
È dotato di tutti i comfort, luminoso e silenzioso, un’oasi di pace e tranquillità.
Matteo è una persona gentilissima e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutarti e rispondere ad ogni tua richiesta ed esigenza.
Noi siamo arrivati in tarda serata e ci ha raggiunto lungo il percorso verso l’appartamento per accompagnarci e accoglierci.
Pulizia impeccabile!

The apartment is simply wonderful. The building is situated in the historic old town with its narrow streets. The apartment itself is completely renovated. It combines modern furnishings with elements renovated with love and respect for old materials. Even the original floor tiles, they are a hundred years old (!), were saved and restored one by one - they look and shine like new now.
Matteo, the owner, is a super-nice person, very accomodating; and he was always there for us with recommendations, tips and help.
