Nice apartment, but Cleaning needs to be improved

Great location, easy self check-in, smooth communication with the host

The kitchen and fridge weren’t cleaned properly. Also, only small towels were provided, so larger bath towels would have been appreciated.

Dirty place next to the train tracks.

It was easy to get to

It was dirty- dishes, bathroom, kitchen. Filthy fridge and microwave 🤢 Not enough toilet paper. 2 coffee cups for 5 people. Towels too small. And on top of that- trains running, can not sleep.

Excellent base for visiting central Kosice.

Great communication from friendly host, good parking with a quick tram into centrum / old town 800m away. Instructions to reach room very good, and apartment was clean and had all that we needed for our family group of 4. There is also a potravinny / grocery store at the base of the apartment.

Air conditioning would be good if it was a longer stay during summer.

Great for a Night – Perfect for a Longer Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The private parking is a great convenience. The building is quiet, and the apartment is large and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Equipment and amenities were sufficient for our needs. The view from the apartment is interesting. There’s a good pizzeria, a grocery store, and a nice café just steps away. I can definitely recommend this place.

One small downside: the Wi-Fi was temporarily out of service while they were waiting for a technician, but it wasn’t a big issue for us.
