Dirty awful place

Dirty! The place the bed, everything! The bed was so dirty that we had to buy a sheet sleeping bag. WiFi hotspot was non working and the staff simply answered that they have ask the provider to fix it.

Not good and definitely not worth the money. Was £180 for 2 nights, wouldn’t pay anywhere near that for this stay

Only good part was the location, was convenitent for me to go to the 2 places I had to go that weekend

No bedding (pillow cases or duvet cover), plug sockets hanging out the wall, wasn’t cleaned before our stay (dirty floors and rubbish in fridge and on table), fire alarm went off on 2nd night however no one came to turn it off so we didn’t get much sleep the 2nd night. Also only received 1 towel when I said there would be 2 of us, and the towel we received was dirty. Seemed someone else stayed night before and they did nothing to clean the room or replace towels

Completely unsafe and filthy—€800 of belongings stolen from my locked room, followed by silence and

Absolutely nothing. The accommodation was really dirty, poorly managed and completely unsafe. There was even faeces in the stairwell. This is not a safe or properly maintained place for travellers, especially for a woman travelling alone.

When I arrived, the room assigned to me was already occupied by someone else, which immediately showed how badly this property was managed. The following morning, somebody tried to open my door while I was inside. Later that same day, approximately €800 worth of my belongings were stolen from my locked room. There was no sign of forced entry, so whoever entered must have had access to the keys. I reported the incident to the police and left immediately because I no longer felt secure staying there. The property ignored my calls and messages, offered no assistance and has still refused to refund me. Booking.com has now told me that I may not receive a refund simply because the property refuses to respond. I am extremely disappointed by both the property and Booking.com’s handling of such a serious security incident. I strongly advise travellers not to book this accommodation.
