Very cozy, bright and stylish. Had everything you need for a short stay. Nice touch of welcoming dish of candies! Easy check-in and owners pro-actively sending messages of information and suggestions. Thank you!
Only thing I could suggest is offering guests a couple more towels, like seperate face/handtowels.

Apartment is located in a good location, very quiet,very sunny and owners really care about small details and show great taste for interior design in both main room and and bathroom. Apartment itself is recommended for 1 or max 2 people for a weekend trip.
I missed microwave, owen and dish washer so it is something to think about for nearest future. As well, I would recommend to put curtains to thise big beautiful windows so that heat is not that intense. One more thing is to add some nice indications to internal stairs and appartment number.

Номер был просторный, современный телевизор с приложениями, принадлежности для душа и кухни. В удобном месте.
В объявлении умолчена информация о состоянии дома, где находятся аппартаменты - сам номер соответсвует фото, но он находится на втором этаже старого дома в ужасном состоянии, в котором какое-то время назад был пажар. Первое, что мы заметили зайдя в подъезд - запах гари, поднимаясь на наш второй этаж - увидели черные стены и потолок после пожара. Двери соседских квартир выглядят так, что либо они заброшегы, либо там могут жить сомнительные соседи. Ночевать в таком месте было очень некомфортно морально. Хозяевам следовало не умалчивать эту информацию и добавить хотя бы одно фото подъезда, чтоб люди знали, что снимают. Соотношение цена-качество, на мой взгляд, несправедливо. После связи с хозяевами в день заезда о том, что такое жилье нас не устраивает, не было попытки уладить этот вопрос.
Мешает звук машин и мотоциклов ночью, мешает отсутстие штор.
