Good boutique hotel. Convenient location. Very welcoming and attentive staff. Consistently good food. Srijith can be justifiably proud of his team. Special shout out to Vishwa too, for his enthusiastic service at meal times.

Would have been nice to have a bar facility, for those cool crisp evenings by the fire place! :)

Great location,ambiance,hospitality,staff My stay at The Tredis Heritage, Kodaikanal, was truly unforgettable. A very special thanks to the General Manager Mr. Sreejith, who absolutely amazed me with his exceptional hospitality. The way he treated us felt incredibly warm, personal, and completely homely. They even arranged a traditional Kerala Onasadya, which was a beautiful and unexpected gesture. Rithika walked behind us throughout our stay, politely capturing all our photos and videos with perfect self-direction, without us having to ask even once. Mr. Sreejith, Ms. Rathika, and every single member of their team treated us as if we were guests they had known for many years. Their kindness, care, and genuine hospitality touched not only me but also all my friends and family who joined us for the sadhya on my invitation. The ambience, atmosphere, and location of the property are simply stunning. Staying inside a 150-year-old historical palace made the experience even more magical.
