Stayed there for a bicycle trip up Mt. Norikura, Komakusa Hotel location is only 6Km from Sanbondaki Rest House traffic gate. We simply ride from hotel and return there, saved the trouble of bicycle transportation and driving. Hotel is cyclist friendly, a few bicycle stands are available for guests at front door carpark. Dinner and breakfast are good quality and appropriate proportion. Japanese style room is spacious and clean. The in-house onsen is very good relaxation after full day exercise. Staffs are friendly and fluent in English.
This is not about the hotel itself, is the Google street view picture of Komakusa Hotel a little bit worrying to strangers, Totally different from the real hotel. The picture needs updating.

Bisogna arrivarci con la luce per he con il buio e la pioggia e‘ un po gravoso. Non vi sono possibilita‘ di cenare dopo le 18:30 in zona , ma non e colpa della struttura

スタッフさんの対応が良かった！
予約した際、部屋にお風呂が付いていると記載があったが、当日の部屋にはなかった。
洗面台の冷たい水がほぼ出ず、熱いお湯しか出なく不便だった。敷布団だった為致し方がないが、固くて腰が痛かった。4人部屋なのにスリッパが3つしかなかった。山の方に位置してるため仕方ないが、部屋に蜂が出た。
