The hotel staffs are really welcoming and supportive. Always available to assist and introduce themselves with a smile, as I have stayed for numerous times; I would say they are very helpful and co-operative in nature. Ready to carefully handle any issues in a fast and an efficient way.
Though these things are not related to the property, but recent construction projects of MRT and WASA nearby to this premises area might cause some shortcomings regarding the smooth transitional experience. Otherwise, the hotel and its facilities are top notch regardless of the current city hassle and roadworks.

I had a very comfortable stay at Royal Regent Suites. The room was bright, clean, and well-ventilated, with both a fan and an air conditioner that worked perfectly. Everything in the room was in good condition, making it easy to relax after a busy day in Dhaka.
The blanket was not clean, and the complimentary breakfast was disappointing — honestly, it was the worst part of my stay. Only the reception staff were friendly; the restaurant staff were unfriendly, and their expressions seemed unpleasant.

Reception staff are good
I previously stayed in the hotel back in Feb this year and I rebooked it twice this time as it is closed to airport and hospital where my father was taking treatment.
This time I experienced poor services in terms of timely making up room (repeated reminders required to get it done, shortage of drinking water bottle, towel, very poor breakfast- on top of that one restaurant staff told me there is no banana left while I clearly saw that he was hiding some bananas inside the drawer- I felt it very odd from him).
The reception staff members including the lady was very polite, which is the only positive side I can mention from my side this time)
