The location and the layout of the Fresh studio.
The check in procedure of not beeing allowed to use a free parking space so you can offload your luggage and bring it safely to the Fresh Studio at 2.00 pm.
Instead beeing shuffeled around, and only when I got upset beeing allowed to park in the site of the driveway, in the underground parking during 15 min.

Overall, I really loved every detail of the unit. It was so neat when I came with my sister. The staffs were approachable & the location is very accessible.
