The location was perfect for what I needed. It is in a very quiet and green area, with plenty of parking directly in front of the property. I was travelling with my dog, so I really appreciated that it is pet friendly and that there is enough outdoor space around the property.
The self check-in was very convenient because I could arrive whenever I wanted. There was no staff on site during my stay, which felt a little unusual at first, but the online communication was very easy and responsive. There are also security cameras in the common areas, so I still felt safe staying there.
I also really liked the facilities. There is a small kitchenette in the room, but also a larger shared kitchen with an oven and everything you need to prepare a proper meal. There is also a washing machine available, which is especially useful if you are staying for more than a few nights.
The surroundings are extremely quiet, especially at night. There is a supermarket about 1 km away and the airport was around 15 minutes away by car, which was very convenient for me.
The main downside for me was the bathroom. It is quite old and definitely needs modernization. The property did inform me beforehand that the bathrooms are currently being renovated, so this wasn’t a surprise, and it is good to see that they are already working on improving them.
Another thing that would really improve the stay would be a vending machine for drinks and snacks. The location is peaceful, but that also means there aren’t many options directly nearby, especially later in the evening when the supermarket is closed.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt voll ok. Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet und wir hatten einen Kühlschrank.Es war sauber und aufgeräumt, auch im Bad. Die Betten waren bequem. Haben leider etwas gequietscht, wenn man sich bewegt hat.
Es gibt eine große Gemeinschaftsküche, wo man sich was zu Essen machen könnte. Außerdem ganz nette Aufenhaltsräume, wo wir Abends zusammen sitzen konnten.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber war etwas verhalten. Die besagte E-Mail mit den Informationen für CheckIn etc. kam nie an. Letztendlich haben wir über WhatsApp kommuniziert, was dann geklappt hat.
Leider hatten wir auch sehr laute Nachbarn, die nachts durch die Flure gebrüllt haben. Dafür kann der Betreiber natürlich nichts...
Parkplätze gibt es, allerdings durch einen anderen Betreiber, wo man die Parkplätze nur über eine App buchen kann. Diese sind auch nicht unbedingt günstig obwohl der Parkplatz groß genug wäre...

Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber. Die Lage war super, denn in der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsziele.
Leider konnte in der Wohnung nicht gekocht werden und wir mussten alle Kochutensilien in eine extra Küche in einem anderen Stockwerk tragen. Sehr umständlich… besonders wenn man für sechs Personen kochen muss. Die Lüftung in einem der Bäder hat leider auch nicht funktioniert. Die Tür zum Apartment wurde durch einen Zahlencode geöffnet nur leider war bei unserem System die Batterie leer und so standen wir am zweiten Tag vor verschlossener Türe und hatten keine Chance in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Auch nicht mit hinterlegtem Notfallschlüssel…. Unter angegebener Notfallnummer konnten wir niemanden erreichen und trotz mehrfacher versuche wurde ich später nichtmal zurückrufen. Gott sei Dank war zufällig eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Reinigungskraft Vorort und hat uns gerettet. Ohne sie hätten wir vermutlich eine Nacht auf dem Flur verbracht und das mit vier Kindern.

Es war sauber und ich hatte eine kleine Küchenzeile.
Ich hatte zwar Töpfe und Pfannen aber keine Herdplatte. Zudem fehlte mir ein Fernseher.
