The place is in a great location, close to the beach but not so that it's close to noise, the street or other houses/people.
The hosts, truly care about the experience of your stay, we were taken such a great care of, we felt more like staying in a hotel rather than a villa, but in a good sense!
The hosts explained everything, where to find what, how to operate the facilities, the ins and outs of the surrounding area.
The terrace, was amazing, shaded, with comfortable sitting, great place to sit down read a book and relax.
They informed us also that they will be collecting the trash daily, and change the towels and bed linen two times throughout our stay.
Honestly great experience, everything was clean, well maintained, well equiped, there was decent amount of space to park up to 4 cars so we didn't have to worry about parking the car on a Access road to the house. The A/C was working smoothly, water pressure was great, the bed was comfortable enough for our stay so we had a few good nights of sleep.
5min walk to the beach was also amazing.
There is a touristy mini market nearby should one need to buy something in a pinch.
There also was a horse grazing in a field in front of the house, she was nice and accepted some apples and carrots, also you could pet the horse - this was a nice unexpected plus of the location of this house!
There also was a kitty, bit shy, but she was really nice and polite, didn't beg for food but accepted snacks and was chilling with us on a patio!
Honestly, we had such a great stay there, we were relaxed, didn't have to worry about anything, hosts were really kind and easy to contact.

Beautiful place , very new and well thought out . Very Comfy beds - good water preasure. All the equipment in the kitchen was good quality and had all essentials .
Location is great , we were on foot but after more than 3/4 days a car or bike would be needed

abbiamo prenotato la stanza al piano superiore.
la struttura è in una posizione riservata.
si presenta nuova e curata.
I due host sono sempre stati gentili e disponibili.
ci hanno fornito ombrellone e teli mare oltre dei piccoli gift di benvenuto.
offrono pulizie giornaliere e dopo 2/3 giorni hanno sostituito la biancheria.
è presente anche una comoda doccia esterna.
si trova a circa 5 minuti dalla spiaggia di Almyros, una delle poche spiagge di sabbia che abbiamo trovato.
ci sono molte zanzare dopo il tramonto, ma è così in gran parte dell’isola. consigliamo di comprare tanti zampironi e spray repellenti.
