Het chalet is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is goed gebruik gemaakt van de beperkte ruimte en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De bank en fauteuiltjes zitten heerlijk, dat maken we vaak anders mee. De bedden zijn fijn (niet te hard en niet te zacht). Het beddengoed is prettig en goed schoon, net als de handdoeken. De omgeving is fantastisch. Je stapt zo vanuit je tuintje de bossen in. Heerlijk gewandeld en gefietst. Je kan de auto bij het chalet parkeren.
Ondanks dat het al september was was het vrij warm in het chalet. Een paar uur alle deuren en ramen openzetten hielp gelukkig goed. Het chaletpark is echt vergane glorie. Er wordt aan gewerkt om dit op te knappen, maar dat lijkt een meerjarenproject te zijn. In de week dat wij er waren hebben we de eetgelegenheid niet open gezien. We hadden uitzicht op een oude caravan die opgeknapt wordt. Gelukkig waren we er voor de omgeving, maar als je op het park wilt genieten van mooie veldjes en wat gezelligheid dan vind je dat hier (voorlopig) niet.

Goed contact met de host vooraf. Duidelijke instructies over praktische zaken zoals hoe bij het chalet te komen, werking televisie en hoe het chalet na vertrek achter te laten. Chalet was netjes en smaakvol ingericht. Ook handige zaken aanwezig zoals keukenhanddoek, meest gangbare kruiden om te koken, handzeep, föhn.
Wat een troosteloze camping: vlak achter de slagboom ging het nog wel, maar wij zaten wat verder achteraan tegenover een paar aftandse stacaravans. Chalet had wel wat schoner gekund: hier en daar spinnenwebben en heel veel onkruid in de tuin.
