Clean and modern.
WiFi information had not been updated which caused anxiety having elderly parents whom I could not contact. Owners did help though and got it sorted. We were given 2 keys but not sure what the second one was for. House information should have been correctly updated as it left us feeling that owners didn't care about our stay.

Lovely chalet very comfortable Lovely location to the marina and lovely area to explore. Chalet has everything and so clean too.
Double bed mattress was a little low but there was a message left to say mattress is being replaced. Didn't spoil our visit.

Everything was nice and clean the beds were very comfortable and soft. I really liked it (I’m definitely coming back)

The lodges provide large parking spaces.
It was great that all of the essentials were provided on-site.
Each room has a wall heater, so after three hours or so, it can be toasty and cosy.
The park is a tricky turnoff from the main road, however once there, it's a spacious area.
This lodge boasts a location overlooking the Broads. That, whilst factually correct, is a stretch. You can see some trees from the patio.
The double bed wasn't cleaned very well and we had to sweep dander and large particles from the sheets before we could use it.
The hot water tap in the shower is very stiff. This can be problematic if you turn the water temperature up to high, which is as almost scalding, then can't turn it down.
It was very cold in the lodge upon arrival, especially the bathroom.
