Location is excellent. I was attending an event at the Exhibition Centre and walked to Southbank due to not consulting a map. By the time I'd lugged my heavy baggage back to the correct location I was tired and foggy which made the process of finding the lockbox much harder than it was. The host had left very clear instructions and pictures to guide me which was very much appreciated. A woolies metro across the road for supplies or visit one of the very highly rated restaurants in the area. Host contacted me to check I'd picked up the keys okay. Apartment was clean and welcoming and had everything needed. Rubbish chute in the corridor near the lift made it easy to dispose of.
I'm from the country where I wake up with the birds, no traffic. Not the apartments or hosts fault but I craved fresh air, opening the balcony door was too noisy though, comes with a central CBD apartment with such a great location.

friendly host that was super accommodating (earl check in - bag drop off!)
