Very disappointing with numerous issues requiring immediate attention
- Good location in close proximity to supermarket, petrol station and some food venues
- Easy walk to the tram
- Good size TV
- Comfortable mattress despite broken bed
- Pearl (the Guest Liaison on site) was incredibly helpful and lovely to speak with
- Bathroom Towel rail is loose and about to fall off
- Shower handle is loose and has fallen off a couple of times.
- wardrobe door is very difficult to slide
- carpet is damaged in multiple areas with some bare patches
- the bed centre support rail is broken (at the foot of the bed) and is currently supported by a plastic container with book. Looks like the metal has torn and won't lock in. The bed (cheap IKEA) is not fit for purpose. Not like we had kids jumping on it and we aren't large people.
- The oven was dirty and so was the Cook top and splash back. We found biscuit chunks on the floor in the loungeroom
- There's no face washers provided with towels, and no hand towel
- no dishwasher tablets provided
- No toaster, we had to buy one
- There is no mattress protector on the bed
- TV cabinet is bending under the weight of the TV
- TV has no aerial meaning you have to sign in to Smart TV apps just to watch free to air TV.
- No extra blankets in the room
- Bedside lamps are needed
- Airconditioner still not working. Needs to be resolved before you have more guests. Totally unacceptable
- Communication between guests/accom provider is terrible. We had great difficulty resolving the booking issues. Nobody would answer a phone.
