A beautiful villa. Superb decor, amazing ambience and wonderful location. We were a family of 5 adults and there was plenty of space for us. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The pool is excellent and gets cleaned twice weekly. The villa is in a very quiet, low density neighbourhood and is very peaceful. It is a very easy, flat 300m walk to a nice clean soft sand beach. Pran Buri/Khao Kalok is a lovely area. There are plenty of local, good quality but cheap Thai restaurants within walking distance. Overall this was a fabulous experience. Sylvain the owner and Rin the house manager were extremely helpful and communicative hosts.
Paying extra for electricity.

It was wonderful. Clean, stylish and private. 2 minutes walk from the beach. Excellent restaurant on the corner. Lovely beds to sleep in with excellent water pressure.
The place is stunning but a few nitpicks.
Internet was slow but I had my own 4g so not a big deal.
The decor was stunning but the curtains don’t really keep the light out in the bedrooms.
No TV and no where to project my screen either.
You will have to pay an additional cleaning fee = 1000 and electricity used. For 6 days it was 900 baht.
I didn’t mind paying it and overall I’d love to stay again.

ที่พักสวยมากค่ะ ตกแต่งสวยดี ไปกับครอบครัว8คนยังไม่คับแคบ ที่นอนมีพร้อมสำหรับ10ท่าน อุปกรณ์เครื่องครัวมีให้ครบยกเว้นไมโครเวฟกับหม้อหุงข้าว รวมๆแล้วประทับใจมากค่ะ ถ้ามีโอกาสจะมาพักอีกค่ะ ... ที่พักมีเรียกเก็บค่าทำความสะอาดกับค่าไฟต่างหาก
น่าจะติดม่านห้องน้ำเพิ่ม เพราะมันเปิดโล่งมากกกก คนนอกบ้านผ่านไปมาสามารถมองเห็นเราขณะทำธุระได้ รำบากใจทุกครั้งทีทำธุระในห้องน้ำ

Die Lage ist sehr gut.
Der Stil und die Größe der Villa sind beeindruckend. Sie ist sehr privat und hell.
Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren fleckig, im Pool war Vogelkot, die Klimaanlage im SZ hat auf den Schrank getropft, der Filter vom Jacuzzi war verschimmelt. Es gibt 2 Kameras, die den Pool und teilweise den Innenraum filmen.
Um den Pool gibt es kaum Liegefläche und nur 2 Liegen, die Stühle draußen sind unbequem. Alles ist auf Design ausgerichtet und wenig praktisch. Strom wird extra abgerechnet- hierbei wurden 5 baht pro kw/h verlangt, obwohl staatlich reguliert 3,8 Baht bezahlt werden.
Der Besitzer war ignorant und wenig freundlich. Er wirkte eher genervt als zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich geduldet, nicht willkommen. Es gibt Hinweise was man alles nicht darf, aber keine Willkommensmappe. Bewertungen auf Google sind teilweise von Freunden.
