Ens va agradar tot de l'apartament. El nostre era el duplex amb terrassa a la planta de dalt de tot. Les habitacions són amplies, els matalassos molt còmodes, els banys nets i la cuina ben equipada. L'aire condicionat ens va salvar ja que eren uns dies molt calorosos a Flòrència. La ubicació molt tranquil·la, a uns 20 minuts caminant del centre. Un excel·lent en tot!
Per posar alguna cosa negativa, l'apartament està a la planta tercera i no hi ha ascensor. Si viatges amb cotxets de nadons o et costa pujar escales no ho recomano.

Impeccable apartment. Well furnished, clean and comfortable tastefully decorated. And the location was peaceful whilst only a short walk from the action.

10/10 recommend. Very well appointed, bed was comfortable, space was clean. Excellent water pressure! A/C worked wonderfully. Host was exceptionally accommodating when I needed to delay checkout. Location is quite good, maybe a little far from some of the more significant sites in Florence but by no means too far; benefit of having some distance was not being immediately swarmed by crowds the second you leave the apartment! Can’t ask for much more than that.
Just about everything was perfect! For lighter sleepers, or those who go to bed earlier, I’ll note that the soundproofing for both the street as well as other units in the building is not the best (I was in a street-level unit). You can pretty clearly hear any conversation happening in the street outside or in the unit above you. Things usually quieted down by midnight, but if you struggle to sleep without absolute silence, bring some earplugs or a travel white noise machine—that should do the trick! I had zero issues sleeping.

Comfortable, handsomely decorated. Kitchen had the necessities. New technical amenities all worked well
Non-touristy neighborhood, for Florence, well served by a number of buses but not that far to walk for Ponte Vecchio
Somewhat dark, but one would expect that in a ground floor apartment
