schon groß, gepflegt..technisch gut ausgestattet, Klimaanlage,großesTV, WiFi top Lage für lgbtq plus & friends, komplette Küche mit Geschirrspüler Herd Backofen , Kaffekapsel, Tee ,Wasser ... essbereich im Wintergarten. Waschmaschine. TIP TOP 👍🏽

The neighbourhood is lively and vibrant, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and excellent access to two U-Bahn lines. Despite this central and lively location, the apartment itself is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. It is also very comfortable, making it an ideal place to relax and feel at home after a busy day exploring the city.
The couch is comfortable and certainly one I would consider having at home. However, it may not be ideal for an Airbnb, where guests come and go frequently. The fabric tends to absorb and retain all kinds of different and sometimes unpleasant smells. Great coffee machine, but even with fewer than two capsules, it feels awkward and inconvenient to use. The air conditioning was out of order on the second day but was fixed relatively quickly. However, on the third day, it started leaking all over the place, which was rather inconvenient.
