The caravan was spotlessly clean! The caravan was very spacious and there was plenty of room. The owners were amazing! I would 100% book here again ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location was good, near enough to fantasyland for days out, far enough away for peace and quiet. 2 minute walk to the beach and uncle Barrys cafe if we didnt fancy cooking. The onsite laundry is great. Buses are every few minutes with an added bonus of free badges to collect, each bus is named and has its own badge, great for little ones.
I have already discussed with the owner what i thought about the caravan ,it just needs a little tlc. The on site shop is okay but theres not much selection of produce. The actual clubhouse is outside the site and accross the road. The onsite shop closes at 6pm which was a bit inconvient for us to get water etc as due to train problems we didnt arrive until 7pm.

Dog friendly..good communication..easy process to check in..and park..great for us..no issues with what we booked...great location..its an older no frills van..and absolutely fine..and what expected..for a pet friendly stay..would book again.
The site is at the mercy of who your neighbours are.?? .very loud one night..1 am..but that's the same anywhere i suppose...so probably unlucky on that occasion..
