Large and comfortable apartment شقة كبيرة و مريحة

The apartment has a very convenient location, easy beach access, great service, and most of what you need for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a place right in front of the beach, this can be a good option, as long as you understand that not everything will be in perfect condition. The host was responsive, and when we requested cleaning, they came to assist us. However, the main issue is the age and condition of the furniture and appliances, rather than the cleaning itself. Some furniture has stains and cigarette burn marks that cleaning cannot fix. The beds and seating areas could benefit from updating, the air conditioning in one room stopped working on the second day, and we couldn't use the old washing machine. With some investment in newer furniture and appliances, this apartment could offer an even better experience. Its location and beach access are wonderful, and I appreciate the host's service and willingness to help.

What I liked least was the age and condition of the furniture and appliances. Some furniture had stains and cigarette burn marks, and the beds and seating areas could benefit from updating. The air conditioning in one room stopped working on the second day, and we couldn't use the washing machine because it was very old. These issues affected our comfort, but I want to emphasize that the host was responsive and helpful when we requested assistance. I believe some updates would make a big difference in the overall experience.

Mr. Ihab Hussein the owner and his representative Mohammad are such nice and helpful people .

Some noise from neighbors and neighborhood

The location is good, close to the beach, and the apartment is big enough

The cleaning the treatment from the staff there the internet was not working for two days the prices was actually over what we got so the value didn’t worth it and we asked to pay money got cleaning and that was never mentioned in the app I was socked when the guy asked me for money to clean the apartment that should be included in the total price we paid however we contacted the owner and he was aware of this so we had to contact the costumer service and files a complaint and we finally got compensation
