Numi and Charles are amazing hosts. The house and grounds are beautiful, we were immediately made to feel so welcome. The apartment has everything you need, a wonderful lounge room, en suite twin room with super comfy big beds and additional downstairs toilet. Numi made absolutely FANTASTICALLY delicious breakfasts to order which we were lucky enough to enjoy both in and outside (weather dependant) but we loved both locations. The grounds are just stunning. Very easy location to find and parking. Very close to Whitby, Numi and Charles also have some excellent recommendations on dining / things to do which we listened to and loved 😊

We received a very warm welcome from the hosts and were made to feel at home, nothing was too much trouble. Accommodation was comfortable, inviting, and clean, and we particularly enjoyed having access to a separate living room for our own personal use.. Hosts were attentive and interested in making our stay special. Very peaceful setting and ideally located to explore Whitby and the surrounding area. Great all-around

Beautiful location tucked away on the side of a valley. The hosts were wonderful and very welcoming people and helped us to feel at home straight away.
Nomi served us a lovely breakfast (tailored to exactly whatever we wanted), coffee and orange juice both mornings. They also stocked tea and coffee and bakery biscuits on the mezzanine.
On the sunnier morning we had breakfast outside which was a treat.
The decor and furniture was characterful with a unique range of paintings and art on show. The twin beds were European size, so the slightly wider and comfy beds were very welcomed. Towels, Hairdryer and shampoo/conditioner were provided.
It hadn't been super clear on the booking.com advertisement that breakfast was going to be included (which was a bonus), but with booking an apartment, we'd hoped there'd be a mini fridge to store things in during our stay.
The WiFi didn't connect and signal was poor in the area with how remote it was, but hadn't been a huge issue for us.
The TV had been positioned in the bedroom. I'd have recommended that it could be put in the living room instead, but that's just preference. The TV could maybe do with updating too.
