Lovely host. Very clean and comfy

The breakfast was provided and was a selection which you could prepare for yourself. There was a choice of eggs, bread, cereals etc.
The location to where I needed to get too was a little far but was otherwise very good. The property was not easy to locate.

It was extremely clean and beautiful.
We weren’t sure whether we were behaving properly.
We are elderly and needed somewhere to sit on for the evening.
We were pleased to be allowed to watch football and tennis but not sure why no one joined us. Were we stopping others from being downstairs, we weren’t sure.

Very welcoming host. The place was spotless and very comfortable. We were attending a funeral in the area and this was convenient for us. It is a modern private house with driveway parking.
Wasn't a big issue, lovely breakfast but perhaps better to wait until guests are down or ready before cooking the breakfast to ensure it's nice and hot.
