can feel the history by staying in the amid of real community

probably it would be difficult for eldery people to stay here as steps in the hotel are very steep

The room and the building was amazingly beautiful , special authentic design, the stuff was super super kind and helpful, probably the best Ive encountered in, and when I liked a specific item in the room and asked if they know where i can find one to buy for myself they even suggested giving it to me as a gift. In addition to the included breakfast, I also received tea and samosas at noon, and even a tour of the museum next door that showcased local culture, where we watched a performance by an Indian dancer and two traditional Indian musicians.

The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, clean shower comfortable bed clean fresh sheets But in general it could have had a good clean and dust.
This haveli is in old Delhi but was not the experience I expected. For me it was terribly overpriced and was not good value for money. Breakfast was food but not fantastic. The general appearance of the hotel was lacking the beauty of other haveli’s that I have stayed. Upkeep was poor dusty and general surroundings within the hotel need a good clean up and did not offer seating in the courtyard which would be nice. I also took the tour offered by the hotel which was also way overpriced and not professional. I know this is old Delhi but when you have been out all day you want to come home to better than this. This for me was not value for money. Everything offered by the hotel was way overpriced including taxi leaving. Pay the extra and have a real experience for not much more if any.
