וילה דו קומתית ממוזגת עם גינה ומקלחת חיצונית בשכונת וילות בפרבר שקט של עיירת הנפש ויליסמיוס בדרום סרדיניה. בעל המקום מיכול, אדיב מאוד, זמין בווטסאפ והמתין לנו למסירת המפתחות. היחידה צמודה לווילה של הוריו, כך שלמקרה הצורך יש כתובת זמינה. הווילה עם חנייה צמודה, שני חדרי שינה, סלון מרווח, מטבח לא גדול, אבל מצויד בכל הנחוץ. יש מרפסות וכאמור גינה עם מקלחת חוץ נהדרת לחזרה מהים. כל הציוד הנחוץ לחוף (שמשיות כסאות מחצלת) נמצא בדירה וזה מעולה! במרחק של 10-20 דק' נסיעה יש אוסף של חופים שכל אחד מהם מרהיב יותר מהשני!!!! שני סופר מרקט גדולים נמצאים במרחק דקה נסיעה או חמש דק' ברגל וגם מרכז העיירה שתוסס מאוד בערב מצוי במרחק של 15 דק' הליכה וכולל אין ספור מסעדות. הילדים הלכו ברגל גם עד לחוף היום במורד העיירה 40 דק' (10 דק' ברכב).
יש לקחת בחשבון שיש שני חדרי שירותים אך רק מקלחת אחת. כמו כן לא תמיד פשוט לפתוח את המנעול של הדלת הראשית עקב מנגנון נעילת ילדים. אנחנו יצאנו ונכנסנו לרוב מהדלת האחורית. בחדר שינה אחד יש שתי מיטות יחיד מרווחות, אבל בכל זאת מופרדות. בשני- מיטה זוגית.

In primis la cortesia e la disponibilità del proprietario.
La villetta era molto bella, con due camere da letto e due bagni, dotata veramente di tutto, con ampi terrazzi e spazi esterni.
Presenti anche gli ombrelloni e sdraiette per la spiaggia, la lavatrice, e due piscine a disposizione degli ospiti.
Centro raggiungibile a piedi e le spiagge più belle di Villasimius e Costa Rei a qualche minuto d’auto.
Esperienza molto positiva, ci siamo davvero sentiti a casa.

La struttura è da sogno esattamente come da foto fore anche meglio! Gli host sono stati eccezionali accoglienti e gentilissimi. Per la prima volta ho trovato una struttura fornita di qualunque cosa in abbondanza, veramente qualunque cosa (persino i giochi da spiaggia!). Posizione perfetta, vicino alle spiagge vicino ai supermercati e viicino al centro del paese, casa enorme e molto bella, piscina a disposizione, Migliore prenotazione che mi sia capitata di fare su booking

The house is very well located beside town, supermarket all within walking distance and many great and beautiful beaches within a short drive. The house is very comfortable with everything we could possibly need provided. Bedrooms are comfortable and with shutters and a very quiet location made for excellent sleeps. Main bedroom has a king bed. The AC is in every room and works well. The wifi works well for streaming downstairs. The host provided beach chairs, umbrellas and towels along with welcome gift. The garden in the house is very clean and well maintained and it’s where we spent our time. There is also a lovely outdoor shower which we used daily. The pool is also great and very clean and located directly across the road from the house. Private parking. Unlike other locations in Italy there were virtually no mosquitoes in our time, so no bites. The hosts are excellent and very accommodating. This is a house I would return to.
