Extremely clean! Both Michael and John were incredibly prompt, kind, attentive and helpful. The location is close enough to most spots of interest, and is very safe.

The locks on the doors malfunction, but it wasn’t too problematic once I got the hang of it.

Michael is one of the most amazing hosts I’ve experienced during my travels to 73 countries! My bus from Burundi was delayed by almost 8 hours, so I arrived around midnight. Michael was incredibly caring and supportive, even speaking with the driver to make sure I arrived safely. He is very polite, welcoming, and always happy to help. He answered all my questions, helped me with a motorbike, and shared useful local information. Even when he didn’t know something, he would ask his friends and find out for me. He really takes time for his guests and makes you feel at home. Also it has a good WiFi and good common area and kitchen to use. His nephew is also super cute, and it was lovely spending some time with him! :) I only stayed one night, but felt very comfortable and would definitely love to come back. Thank you, Michael! :)

I liked everything!

This property and its host Michael are just fabulous. The location is central and walking distance to shops and the outdoor food restaurants and town centre. Michael was super helpful with sharing ideas and directions to places and info for a boda driver to help find the place. The bed was really comfortable, the room spacious and the kitchen had all essentials and the balcony out front very relaxing. I will stay here again on my way back and highly recommend it.

Best thing is to call Michael when you get to Kigali to get instructions for the boda driver to reach the place….

The place was easy to Navigate all boda Guys knew around and it has a first WiFi, the host is a kind person willing to help and guide you through the entire stay, I was basically a local with my short term stay

Only the fact that I left early and would have to come back soon
