Die Lage am Rand des Brandbergmassivs und in der Halbwüste bietet ein schönes Panorama. Die Anlage hat einen ungewöhnlich schönen Garten.

Die Deluxe Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und das Zimmer war geflutet von Moskitos. Die Lodge wird v.a. am Wochenende aufgrund der Gartenanlage und des Pools von zahlreichen Tagesgästen aus Uis besucht und dann ist die Anlage ziemlich voll und laut.

Chalet had lovely view across up the mountains. Mobile Ac was not functional and it was hot couple of nights but it’s remote but we’d taken our own fan so helped. The staff are brilliant and really helpful (we needed workshop help w the bakkie) and we had a great off-road guided drive. Super convenient to the ‘White Lady’

The honeymoon suite and the view of the mountain were incredible. Desert elephants wandering through the area, we managed to see one from the deck. The hot tub was a nice touch to be able to sit out after dark.

Firstly, we paid for one of the most expensive rooms in the place. The staff didn’t seem to know we were coming when we arrived. The room wasn’t set up with any soaps, water bottles, or anything you would expect from a room at that price - not to mention a “honeymoon” suite. Secondly, the food was pretty average. Thirdly, we had to ask to use our hot tub (wood heated) after dinner and this seemed to bother them - they were surprised that guests who paid for a room with a hot tub wanted to use it… Lastly, we asked in the morning for a late check out at 11am instead of 10am which was refused. The groundskeeper then suddenly came at 9am to start sweeping up and cleaning the deck right in front of the room which was advertised to be private and secluded…. We were showering and still enjoying the last hour in the room, so this was a massive invasion of privacy. We complained on check out and was told this guy is new. They didn’t offer anything to compensate besides an apology. At the prices this accommodation is charging, they need to up their game in terms of service.
