Удобное местоположение, конечно отель выходит на улицу, вокруг не погулять, но с пробками до центра ехать около 30 минут, без пробок 10 минут. Очень приятные, приветливые хозяева. В номере чисто, постельное белье свежее. Душ и туалет в номере. На территории имеется две деревянные беседки, в которых комфортно посидеть, мы там завтракали и ужинали. На первом этаже есть точка быстрого питания + кухня. В целом мы очень довольны проживанием за этот бюджет. Мы останавливались с ребенком и было комфортно.
Не понравилась именно кухня, посуды очень мало, кастрюли, сковородки убитые, губку купили мы новую, так как там была тоже старая. Плита тоже довольная старая.

Ms. Lilit, the owner of the property, exceeded our expectations in terms of kindness, respect, and flexibility. She even offered an airport transfer for my mother (for whom I booked), at a very reasonable fare—lower than what my mother would have paid if she arranged a taxi from the airport.
Although the original property was fine, my mother ended up not staying there, as we accepted an upgrade offered by Ms. Lilit to another apartment in Yerevan. My mother was very satisfied with the new accommodation, and we were happy that the additional cost was worthwhile.
The room my mother stayed in had its own bathroom and shower, a clean bed, a cabinet, and a table with a chair. Hot water was always available, and the room was warm and comfortable for my mother, who is in her 60s. The location was very convenient, with transportation options and various shops nearby, which enhanced my mother’s overall experience.
Honestly, there is nothing negative to mention. My mother did say that the property is a little far from the city center, even though it is in Kanaker. However, this is not a real drawback, as I was not fully familiar with the location beforehand.
