Convenient location: Easy access to the port and bus to airport just 3 minutes away.
Old building without elevator so you have to carry luggage all the way up and down. Mattress quality is poor, too soft.

I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this apartment. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the harbor, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking trails, and beautiful viewpoints. It was the perfect base for exploring Ålesund while also enjoying quiet days at home. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a longer stay. I especially appreciated the cozy balcony, the well-stocked with necessities kitchen, and the comfortable bed. It really felt like a home away from home. The host was kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and I always felt well taken care of. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again if I return to Ålesund.
