when i arrived they told me there was a security deposit, It was not mentioned in my booking so i explained to them this. They didnt make me pay it and it was just for one night. Other than that they were friendly and accommodating. Security to enter the elevator area. which is a good thing.
My few tips are this......I;d recommend to anyone travelling here for the first time. Download the "GRAB" app to hire cabs or order in food. Also you can get a Philippines e-sim or sim card at the airport.
I didnt see the pool area.

I booked this place for a friend and her family and they loved their stay. The place was clean and there was pool access. The place is accessible to Mall of Asia.

We really enjoyed everything about our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. The location is excellent — PITX is nearby, making it very convenient to travel to many different places. Ayala Mall is also within walking distance, which was a big plus. We felt very comfortable during our entire stay and would happily stay here again.
Nothing in particular. We were very satisfied with our stay.
