No Breakfast included. Clean and well appointed apartment.Safe with parking was an added bonus.We had a small plumbing problem which was attended to swiftly though.Lovely spacious balcony.
All electronics worked well.
The communication from the host to myself re the deposit was complicated. And I was advised only on arrival that entry was conditional until this was settled first.This has never been a precondition at any other apartment that I have stayed in.
Also Being charged without being consulted first for dirty towels and linen is unreasonable in our opinion

Design
WiFi wasn’t great, cut out a lot. Windows were very dirty but after contacting helpdesk they sent cleaners to clean them

The design of the apartment, the bathtub, the location
The communication with the owners - they were not replying for a long time, and when they would reply it's as if they didn't read what I was saying and asking for. We agreed on an early check in, but we couldn't access the code because it was set to be accessibile later in the day. I asked for a late check out and they didn't tell me until the last moment if it was possibile or not. The apartment is not as spotless as it seems (given the deposit requested). There are many signs on the walls and some minor issues. There was no pillow for the swinging armchair and they weren't able to sort this out. The check is process is not very straightforward - first you need to secure the deposit via a third party, then they send you a separate link to check-in again by providing your info, then the instructions become available through a link they share but only closer to the check in time.
