It was nicely decorated and a brand new property, maybe a few months old. The pool area and included daily breakfast were nice. The rooms were a good size, the shower was nice and worked well. The beds were very comfortable and the mattress was lovely (not too hard and not too soft). The pillows and duvet were good quality. Good A/C in the room too. The staff were all lovely and really friendly. They remembered the little details like the extras we liked or didn’t like with our breakfast. Thania, Imanuel and Agung were the ones I interacted with the most. They made my stay and are an asset to the property. Plus the security guards that patrol are very friendly too. Overall a great property and a lovely place to stay for a week or two, I stayed for 12 nights. I will definitely be back :)
Everything was great so these next points are me being picky.
There were only 3 hangers in the room to hang your clothes so maybe more hangers. I bought some cheap hangers from the supermarket close by as I like to unpack and hang my clothes when I’m away for longer than a few days. Also the shower was great but the water didn’t go down quickly so maybe it’s a drainage issue. The room could do with a long mirror in the bedroom, maybe positioned on the wall by the wardrobe

Needs more hangers and a long mirror in the bedroom. The shower drainage was a bit slow

hair dryer not included in room - had to sign a document to use it for one hour. no fridge in room.
