The host was very communicative. She wanted to explain details about the house upon arrival. The house was super close to a lot of things.

The host wanted to charge us for our arrival time. We were flying in so there was no way we could arrive earlier, she agreed to waive the fee after some discussion but that was strange to me! The trash pickup was very complicated and host seemed very concerned about it being done right which caused some stress.

We had a lovely stay. Here are the pros: + big and sunny apartment + effective air conditioning + beautiful terrace with a lot of places to sit and enjoy the Sardinian air :) + kitchen equipment and amenities (there is literally everything you need for cooking home) + balcony shower with a view + beach umbrellas and other useful stuff for the beach available. + comfortable beds

The cons: - it's hard to keep it clean because of the terrace and its connection to the house. There is a brum and brush available, but a vacuum cleaner would be nice to have. - ants in the kitchen, maybe something could be done about it (some salt or baking soda to scare them off?)

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Sardinia. We are a family of four (two boys aged 10 & 17). The property itself is stunning, with a very stylish and modern design both inside and out, while also being thoughtfully planned for comfort and ease of use. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas were all generously sized, making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook dinners at home, and the spacious terrace with its outdoor dining area quickly became one of our favourite spots. One of my favourite moments each day was enjoying an early morning coffee outside. The views from the house were truly unforgettable – overlooking the lagoon and farmland, with the gentle sound of cow and sheep bells in the background, it felt like a dream. The location was ideal too: just a short and easy drive to San Teodoro and some of the most beautiful beaches in the area. What really made our stay extra special, however, was the host, Laura from Wildberries Services. She went above and beyond to make our trip memorable – from recommending the best places to visit and eat, to helping us access a limited-entry beach, and even arranging a sailing trip for us. Her kindness and local knowledge were invaluable and made everything so seamless. We couldn’t recommend this house more highly – it’s the perfect mix of modern comfort, natural beauty, and exceptional hospitality.

The Ibiza-style terrace is wonderful. And the view of the sea with the lagoons and meadows with cows is fantastic. No houses in sight. The kitchen was well equipped, although there was no electric kettle. The oven, induction hob and air conditioning in every room worked perfectly. The master bedroom is great, with a separate toilet and sink behind glass. That makes the bedroom more spacious. I always used the outdoor shower, which also had hot water, on the balcony next to the bedroom. Shower with a view. See the photos, this is how it really is. Laura, the hostess, was great. She also speaks perfect English. She responded very quickly to questions via WhatsApp. Thank you, Laura.

Perhaps the noise from the refrigerator and the water in the shower downstairs, which leaks under the glass screen. A dark curtain in the “children's” bedroom would be advisable.
