The location was well situated, within easy walking distance of Cockington and Torre Abbey. It was quiet and peaceful.
There is nothing.
For anyone reading this review and thinking of staying there, remember that Torquay is very hilly and any walks are with moderate gradients.

Amazing lovely flat.
Could park right outside the door, kitchen had everything in that you would need and the living room was very spacious and the whole flat was very clean. Had a lovely little room with a washing machine and dryer which is big enough to hang some laundry too (out of view) if need be.
Nice size bathroom, bath with shower and also had towels lovely little extra :).
Bedroom lovely size and comfortable bed.
The hosts have gone above and beyond to make guests time at the flat as comfortable as possible and have added little extras like board games and information leaflets they are quick to respond if you have any questions and are very friendly.
Would not hesitate to book again and will be recommending to friends and family.

The property was immaculate and very comfortable. It has everything you need especially in the kitchen!!
The property was lovely and peaceful and not far from the centre and harbour.
I had a lovely stay. The owners of the property were lovely and approachable. There are no negative comments to be made.
