A funcionaria Diana foi muito atenciosa, diferentemente de todo o resto da hospedagem.
Para começar o proprietário pediu para eu cancelar a hospedagem algumas vezes, pedi apoio para o booking para saber o que fazer e no dia seguinte ele falou que a hospedagem estava confirmada. Depois, informei que precisaria chegar a noite por conta de meu voo para Teresina e não tive resposta. No dia da entrada, mandei novamente mensagem com a previsão de chegada e ele me instruiu de como pegar a chave. Depois, supreendentemente, ele falou que não tinha entendido o horário que chegaria e que ele teria que pagar um adicional para a funcionaria para me receber e que isso não era normal, apesar de eu ter avisado por duas vezes que chegaria a noite. No dia seguinte, comprei mantimentos para consumir ao longo da hospedagem, mas não consegui usar a geladeira, pois ela estava suja e com um mal cheiro muito forte e desagradável (ver fotos). Perguntei para o proprietário o que deveria fazer, e ele me informou que deviera ficar na hospedagem durante a manha do dia seguinte que a funcionaria iria verificar a "minha sugestão" de limpeza. Como eu estava trabalhando na cidade não poderia ficar um período inteiro esperando alguém ir limpar. Além disso, me senti bastante desrespeito pela insinuação de a sujeira e o mal cheiro não seriam reais ou não deveria me preocupar com isso. Por fim, meus mantimentos estragaram por eu não colocar na geladeira e fui embora um dia antes da minha reserva acabar, pq me senti muito mal com a recepção. Então desisti de ficar na cidade no sábado para aproveitar, pois não valia a pena ficar mais um dia na hospedagem. Não sei se a experiência foi ruim porque me recusei a cancelar a reserva que tinha feito com meses de antecedência, mas acredito que o booking seja co-responsável por essa situação, pois falei que tinha receio de sofre algum tipo de retaliação por não cancelar a reserva. Como se sentir bem em um lugar que pediram para você não ir?
