Great location, nice apartment

Location and facilities were great and the had essentials.
Communication seemed piecemeal - box location, distance from apartment to key collection was not great. The location was called EZY Mart - but we were only given an address. We arrived in the morning, and were not told that the key place also holds bags. All of that information would have been MORE helpful than the piecemeal info sent. Also we received the pin number for the box precisely 2 minutes before 3 pm but it took us 10 minutes to get into the apartment. I told txted that to the owner? and they said they sent me the pin before 2pm but said my provider BLOCKED their message. Of course I checked with my provider and they dont do that. I found the message on my watts app at 2:57 and the also they txted to my phone at the same time. That is not good practice to lie. Another friend had stayed there and she said the same thing happened to her that the information was not accurate for key collection.

Great location, excellent views and very nice accommodation
The elevator pass wasn’t working to get into the underground carpark, thankfully someone pressed it below so we could leave

The views. We were on Level 58 in a 3 bedroom private residential apartment, which was spectacular. Super comfy beds, huge TV. Very central to all attractions and the heart of the city. Awesome, secure carparking.
Filthy. The floors weren't vacuumed and had spill stains everywhere on floors, carpets and tables, in the lounge, dining, kitchen. We vacuumed the main areas because there was so much long hair and dust bunnies everywhere. We wiped down all tables. One toilet wasn't cleaned from previous user and there is mould in the bathroom cabinets. For such a gorgeous apartment, it was very disappointing.
